API series tubing and casing mainly refer to the implementation of the American Petroleum Institute API SPEC 5CT standard steel pipe, mainly used in the exploration of oil, natural gas and other resources. The tubing is used to extract oil or gas from oil wells; the casing is used to fix the wellbore and insolate the annulus and rock formation.

CO2 corrosion resistant tubing and casing

CO2 corrosion resistant premium connection tubing and casing, with good performance in CO2 corrosion resistant, which is specially designed by seal lock connection applies to sour oil & gas well that contains CO2 or both CO2 and CL. Pipe body is produced with economic low-alloy steel billet containing Cr, Ni, Mo etc or stainless 13Cr, 15Cr steel billet, which have good performance in thermodynamic stability. Our offered CBS3 premium connection has passed CAL-IV test, which is the highest level required by ISO 13679. H2S corrosion resistant premium connection tubing and casing

H2S corrosion resistant premium connection tubing and casing is seal lock joint used for oil and gas exploration under H2S corrosion condition. Pipe body is produce with Cr-Mo steel billet that can resist H2S stress corrosion and the component of billet is on Changbao’s self research. Premium Connection Series for Tubing and casing

CBS3 – Metal to metal Seal Lock Connection has design feature of a negative load flank of -30, enlargement of gap on the top of the tooth on pin. Also reduction gap on thread guiding profile. The main advantages are its super tensile strength, Super anti-galling performance, Homogeneous compound distribution and super mechanical property under compression and tensile. In terms of sealing performance, it has no gas leakage under composite load. 100% same performance as pipe body (tensile strength, outside collapse resistance, internal pressure resistance). Also convenient to use and no galling within 10 times making up and screwing off.

Fracturing X-mas tree is one of the most important components fracturing equipments, it is consisted with several fracturing gate valves and fracturing goat head. The fracturing liquid is pumped into the fracturing goat head through several fracturing manifold, then pumped to the bottom of well to perform the fracturing service on designated formations through fracturing gate valves. The open and close of fracturing gate valves is used to control the fracturing liquid. Main bore size 7-1/16’, max working pressure 15,000 PSI.

Drilling Stablizer

A drilling stabilizer is a piece of downhole equipment used in the bottom hole assembly (BHA) of a drill string. It mechanically stabilizes the BHA in the borehole in order to avoid unintentional sidetracking, vibrations, and ensure the quality of the hole being drilled. It is composed of a hollow cylindrical body and stabilizing blades, both made of high-strength steel. The blades can be either straight or spiralled, and are hardfaced for wear resistance.
